About Our Services

1

Student Assemblies & Workshops

Adolescence is one of the most challenging and transformative periods of an individual’s life. Our workshops and assemblies support youth ages 14–19 in understanding key developmental, mental, and emotional challenges, such as identity formation, peer pressure, anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, social media influence, and navigating trauma. These sessions are designed to build self-awareness, promote mental wellness, and empower young people with the tools they need to thrive.

2

Staff Professional Development

Staff working in high-demand environments with vulnerable populations are at elevated risk for compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma. Our professional development sessions support their well-being and growth by strengthening core skills such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, emotional regulation, cultural humility, boundary-setting, modeling co-regulation, social-emotional learning, and restorative practice techniques. These trainings empower staff to foster safe, supportive, and resilient environments for the communities they serve.

Community Wellness
Event

Do you need support developing an interactive and uplifting wellness event for your community? We specialize in creating experiences that reduce mental health stigma while encouraging joy, vulnerability, and authentic connection. Our events are designed to bring communities and families together through self-expression, healing activities, and collaborative engagement—promoting wellness through culture, creativity, and collective care.

About

My name is Arianna Cochran-Perryman, MSW, a wellness educator, event curator and the founder of L.I.V.E (Living in Veracity Everyday)—a mental health and wellness initiative rooted in authenticity, education, and healing. With a background in social work and community wellness, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and organizations in understanding the impact of trauma and building pathways toward growth and resilience.

Why L.I.V.E Matters
L.I.V.E was created to help communities better understand trauma, its lasting effects, and the importance of emotional self-awareness. Through student workshops, staff professional development, and healing-centered events, we equip people with the tools they need to recognize patterns, restore connection, and create sustainable change. Our goal is simple: to help communities support themselves—by fostering emotional intelligence, cultural humility, and collective healing.
