Refund & Cancellation Policy

L.I.V.E is committed to creating inclusive, intentional wellness experiences for individuals, families, and communities. To support our ability to deliver high-quality programming and respect the time of all involved, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Notice

If you are unable to attend a paid workshop, event, or professional development session:

  • Please email us at LIVE.everydayservices@gmail.com with at least 48 hours' notice before the start of the event.

  • Include your full name, event title, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility
  • Full refunds are granted for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or for no-shows, except in cases of documented emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergency).

Inclusive Participation

We believe in holding brave and respectful spaces. If a participant behaves in a way that is harmful, disruptive, or violates community guidelines, L.I.V.E reserves the right to remove them from the space without issuing a refund.
